DDACL has grown a lot since we were first incorporated in 1975. The services we provide have also grown and now include a variety of primary health and allied health services, as well as social and community services.
This growth in services means we’ve needed more staff and, as a result, we have outgrown our building!
DDACL’s potential is being restricted by the limited space and facilities and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community living in the Southern Metropolitan Region are seeking a new building for the Co-operative.
DDACL is seeking support from governments and donors to help secure a larger piece of land and funds for a new building. To offer your support call (03) 9794 5933 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Dandenong and District Aborigines Co-operative Ltd (DDACL) provides programs and services to meet the needs of local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We provide a wide range of health care through our Bunurong Health Service as well as a variety of community programs to promote wellbeing and social engagement.
All of our services have a strong cultural component and we strive to provide a supportive, open and culturally safe environment for Aboriginal people.
