Location: Cranbourne West, Melbourne VIC
Department: Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Hours: Part Time
Salary Range: $90,000 – $91,500 Pro-Rata plus Salary Packaging
The purpose of this role is to provide generalist HR duties including assisting with recruitment, workforce planning, training and development, employee relations, employee wellbeing, performance management, Workcover, and employee benefits in line with organisational policies and procedures as well as government requirements.
The Dandenong & District Aborigines Co-operative Ltd (DDACL) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) which is governed by a community elected Board of Directors. We are seeking an approachable, HR Officer to work 3 days a week.
